"Lumberjack 20"
20 Deadlifts @ 275/185lbs, 400m Run
20 KB Swings @ 2/1.5pood, 400m Run
20 Overhead Squats @ 115/85lbs, 400m Run
20 Burpees, 400m Run
20 Box Jumps, 400m Run
20 Squat Cleans @ 115/85, 400m Run

Mobility:  SMR It Bands and Quads, Static Hip Flexors and Quads (3 total hold position for minimally 2 to 3 minutes)
