Olympic/ Interval Day


Burgener Warm Up (2 sets with PVC, 2 sets with training bar).

WOD:  Every Minute on the Minute for 16 min:  Odd minutes do 6 Overhead Squats, Even minutes do 10 V-ups

Intervals:  3 x 500m Row, or 3 x 400m Run

Mobility:  SMR calves and peroneals
